We hired Grand Project Contracting for our basement renovation. The project went very well. On time, on budget and they exceeded our expectations. Although the quote we were given may have been slightly higher than some of our others, the other builders charged “upgrade” fee’s or many things would have been “add on’s” that were considered standard for Martin and his team. Doing things right with good quality were a given not an “upgrade” or an “add on” for Grand Project Contracting. They kept things clean and finished in the time line given. We hear so many horror stories from people going through reno’s and have to say this was a very low stress experience for us.
