This basement finishing project consisted in a two piece bathroom with laminate floors and two-tone painted stairs. The client wanted to keep the budget low so instead of retrofit stairs we simply kept the original stairs and just painted them in two tone to match the laminate. It really made a huge difference and Lisa loved it. She first asked to have the stairs painted simply white, but she loved our suggestion and the results.

Lisa took out the building permit from the city and we passed every phase without having to do any corrections.
