Finished Basement in Milton

An unfinished basement is a story waiting to happen, and you, the homeowner, are the author. When we met with Constantin Lapadat, he and his wife already met with few different basement finishing contractors, but they just couldn’t connect with them. They had a story and they were looking for a professional contractor to make their dreams a reality.

This finished basement consisted of an open concept living/entertainment area that will be used mostly by their young adult son. The client didn’t need extra bathroom so this basement renovation didn’t include a bathroom, but rather lots and lots of storage space for all their hobbies that need to be tucked away.  The open concept space allows the client to maximize the space for their future needs.
