Walk Out Basement Finishing in Burlington
We had the privilege to work with Ellen and Nizar and finish their well sized unfinished walk out basement in their Burlington home.
This basement finishing project consisted of a 3 piece bathroom, laminate floors, bedroom, fireplace, family room with two tone retrofit stairs and storage area. This wonderful walk out basement is about 1,100 sq/feet and with the finished area provides a great addition to their living space. In this particular project the flooring was done by a relative who owns a flooring company and while most of the projects we do from start to finish, we also accommodate client requests and work together with other trades if that is the client’s choice.
Finishing a basement often is the most affordable option to extend your living space, especially if you love the neighbourhood you live in. And this is a neighbourhood I wouldn’t want to move either.
